Play didn't connect

Hi, I've searched the forum for an answer but I wasn't able to find it.
I've installed in a new wrapper the Uplay app because I've bought a game online (Assassin's Creed Revelations) and I need to activate it with the code I've purchased.
But when I try to login in the app I see the message in picture (it's Italian and says "At this moment Ubisoft support is not available. Try later or switch to offline mode"). I think that in some way the system is blocking internet connectivity for my wrapper...
Is there someone who have the same problem or who can give me a solution?

Try to install it with the Porting Kit.
