How to add commands in batch links for exes to force full screen Zork Grand Inquisitor

Forgive me. I've been a Mac user for 10 years now and I'm little rusty on my PC terminology.

I'm trying to remember how to add commands at the end of an EXE file when running a game, to force commands.

Like you used to make batch files that ran the exe with a command code, like

game -f would force full screen or game -x would force something.

I FINALLY got Grand Inquisitor to work, but it took some doing. I had to install Grand Inquisitor (which wasn't easy since my new mac no longer has a CD/DVD drive so I couldn't install the maximum version because the installer didn't recognize my ISO as the "disc"). ANd then had to follow the scumm instructions, and later the Zengine instructions, and force Wineskin to run it in Zengine, rather than the game itself (no matter what I did, the game just wouldn't run itself in Wineskin without doing it this way).

But now, Wineskin runs in full screen mode, but the game itself runs in a window in that full screen, and I want to force the game to run full screen. And there's a "-f" command you can run when running the EXE, but I can't remember how to implement it.

Thank you for any help you can provide.
